Homoeopathy

“The long-term benefit of homœopathy to the patient is that it not only alleviates the presenting symptoms but it re-establishes internal order at the deepest levels and thereby provides a lasting cure.” George Vithoulkas author ‘Science of Homœopathy’

Homœopathy is a fast growing area of inexpensive, non-toxic, natural, non-addictive and effective medicine for both acute and chronic diseases. It is based on the age old principle of “like shall be cured by like” i.e. a substance which can produce symptoms of disease in a healthy person can cure these symptoms in a sick person when given in dilute, potentised homœopathic doses.

Homœopathy recognises humans as more than flesh and bone; it recognises that first and foremost we are an energy field. When this vital energy is depleted illness then ensues. The aim of homœopathic treatment is to stimulate and strengthen the patient’s vital force and establish complete balance within the person on the physical, mental and emotional levels.

The principles that govern the process of healing by homœopathy are at one with the principles and laws that govern all of life. The foundation of Homœopathic practice considers man not only as an individual but as a complete unit in himself in which all parts comprise a well balanced whole.

Homœopathy can be learnt as part of our Advanced Diploma of Homœopathy or our Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy.

The first year of the Homœopathy module may be undertaken by those interested in learning Homœopathy for home use. The school also offers a module in Homœopathic First Aid on campus which is also available by Distance Education.
