This introductory module provides essential information for every day living, encompassing
the principles of natural health.
The treatment of simple health problems will be addressed using herbal, nutritional and other
natural remedies in a safe, effective way. Some examples of topics to be covered are:
infections, constipation, diarrhoea, general first aid, fevers, migraines, headaches, colds &
flu, menstrual & menopausal problems, depression, osteoporosis, arthritis and skin
problems.
An emphasis in the module will be on preventative health - strategies for helping to boost
