This course takes Reflexology to an exciting new level. Practitioner training begins in earnest, shifting the focus upon treating the individual. Insights from Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine in combination with Western anatomy and physiology are the foundation of this course. These provide the necessary framework for assessing an individual's state of health and directing an appropriate reflexology treatment programme.

A myriad of reflexology techniques and approaches are explored, including many more thumb and finger techniques, an endocrine balance, urinary flush, lymphatic drainage, maternity reflexology, hand reflexology, the biomechanics of the feet, acupressure points and Indian marmas on the feet and hands and reflexology approaches to calm the mind and promote emotional equilibrium.
