The aim of this module is to have the student demonstrate an understanding of cellular biology, self defence mechanisms of the body and the biology of cancer.

The module gives the student an understanding of the structure, function, and pathology involved in neurologic, endocrine, haematologic, cardiovascular, lymphatic, pulmonary, renal, urologic, reproductive, digestive, musculoskeletal and integumentary systems.
