The NSW School of Natural Medicine, has for some years, recognised a dire need for quality post-graduate education for natural medicine practitioners.

For many years, the large Colleges and Universities have been churning out graduates, many of whom were ill prepared for life as a natural medicine practitioner. This, together with the lack of a hierarchical structure within the natural medicine profession, which could provide some differentiation between practitioners viz experienced and inexperienced, specialist or general practitioner, has caused natural medicine to receive adverse publicity regarding poor clinical outcomes or practitioners. The solution: post-graduate education – quality, practical modules to elevate practitioners to a new level of clinical understanding and outcomes and greatly increased professional studies.

The NSW School of Natural Medicine is committed to improving the clinical skills and professional status of natural medicine practitioners by offering a range of post-graduate modules.

We also run intensives in Herbal Medicine, Homœopathy and Massage. All post-graduate education qualifies towards continued professional education (CPE) points. Contact us for further details.

Degree Options – University Articulation

For those students who are interested in post graduate studies, articulation to a Bachelor degree through an Australian University is available, as we are well recognised locally and internationally.

Students who have completed, or are enrolled in, an Advanced Diploma stream, and have studied with the NSW School of Natural Medicine for at least 2 years are eligible to apply for entry into the Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine).

This option is also available to Diploma of Remedial Massage Students.
