Massage Therapy - Remedial Advanced

Techniques learnt in Swedish Massage will be extended and a detailed study will be made of the human body and of specific diagnostic and therapeutic techniques including postural analysis, stretching techniques and exercises, relaxation, deep tissue massage, pain relief, lymphatic drainage massage, muscle energy techniques and the use of trigger points for soft tissue dysfunctions. First aid to soft tissue injuries, including using natural remedies, R. I. C. E., and cryo-kinetics, as well as case taking and report writing will also be taught.
